|Character of Regents Walk|
|Full Name||Joshua Isaiah Stone|
|Birthday||Feb. 7th, 1981|
|Starring Chapter (Stories)||Unknown|
Joshua Stone is a fictional character in the Regents Walk comic series. He is the son of a local pastor, but his upbringing in a religious house is far from evident in his social behavior. He is one of the twelve Shadows, so his tale will be part of the Stories written series.
A student at Widow's Perch Elementary, Joshua's outlet, a result of a tightly-controlled home, is to say outrageous things simply for the attention. The louder he is and the more controversial his statements, the better. He is also perceptive to the words that adults don't want to hear their children saying. He gets a lot of attention, for better or for worse.
Big Blue (Chapter One)
A student in Mrs. Hambridge's class, during the Ms. Goodwin introduction scene, he just tells everyone that he likes "jokes". He isn't into taking dares just yet. His need to be the center of attention is later seen when school gets out, where he shoves Ethan and proclaims that he should've been the star of the play. At recess, he is in the group of kids making fun of Margaret and her calling herself "Maggot" the previous day. He heartily laughs throughout the incident and seems to get a good deal of enjoyment out of rattling her swing's chains.
At the Thanksgiving play rehearsal, he says his lines with a few "uh"s and "um"s, and then laughs as Adrian puts on his best turkey impression.
Appearances In Stories
Something of a third wheel in Sam and Max's friendship (who have known each other since preschool), Joshua likes to hang out with them if for no other reason than to win over their attention and make them laugh at some of his outrageous acts or jokes.
- At the time when the first grade class photo was taken, he had a broken arm.
